We are looking for professionals who are degree or diploma holders with relevant working experience to apply for the following positions. They should be resourceful, organised and possess excellent communication skills. They have to work well in a team and under a fast paced environment. In addition, proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential.


  • Management full spectrum of communications work including executing high impact Public Relations campaigns; branding; advertising and website content management;
  • Development and production of communications collaterals such as corporate videos, brochures and newsletters;
  • Social media content management and engagement programmes;
  • Management of media-related activities and on-site PR support for events.


  • A University Degree preferably in Communications/PR, Mass Communications or Arts/Social Sciences and related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Communications/PR.
  • Experience in corporate and marketing communications preferably with hands-on experience in integrated communications programmes including managing social media.
  • Experience in managing PR agency as well as advertising agencies, event management companies, suppliers and vendors.
  • Flair for writing with excellent command of written and spoken English and ability to adapt to various styles of writing.
  • Analytical, resourceful, detailed and organised individual who possesses strong problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and possesses aptitude to manage with clarity, confidence and decisiveness.
  • Good team player with strong inter-personal skills.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).


  • Plan and develop the overall integrated marketing strategy to draw exhibitors, trade visitors and delegates to the exhibitions and conferences;
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to achieve set performances targets;
  • Oversee and comprehensively execute integrated marketing activities including above the line, below-the-line, online, social, digital and/or mobile campaigns;
  • Identify new attendee segments and recommend outreach solutions;
  • Profile, build and manage database;
  • Bring new innovation and creative ideas to optimize current marketing campaign and strategies;
  • Cross functional coordination and communication (internally and externally) to ensure event objectives and client satisfaction is seamlessly delivered;
  • Work cohesively with PR team and editorial to ensure integrated and consistent event brand message;
  • Support project and sales team and marketing peers for cross marketing campaigns and initiative;
  • Develop new relationships with potential contra partners and negotiate contra deals;
  • Database mining and maintaining a good record of target databases.


  • Degree/Diploma with a minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a track record in marketing exhibitions and conferences.
  • Creative, solution-focused, execute methodically and performance driven.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, familiar and savvy with the latest trends in online, social, digital and mobile marketing solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and possess strong presentation skills.
  • Organised, possess multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).


  • Plan, implement, execute and oversee all aspects of an event;
  • Project budgeting; monitor it to ensure budget meet expectations;
  • Perform administrative functions, attend meetings and be the point-of-contact for both internal and external parties to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the project tasks;
  • Look at creative ways to deliver a high quality and memorable experience for attendees.


  • Degree / Diploma holder. He/she should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the role as a PEO (Professional Exhibition Organiser).
  • Ability to articulate ideas across to internal and external stakeholders.


  • Manage the entire spectrum of activities during pre-event, event days and post event for (i) secretariat support, (ii) conference logistics, (iii) budget management, (iv) speakers & delegates management, (v) delegates recruitment (vi) registration management and (vii) creating delegates experience;
  • Perform administrative functions, attend meetings and be the point-of-contact for both internal and external parties to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the project tasks.


  • Degree holder is preferred or a Diploma.
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in the MICE industry.
  • Trend setter and with the ability to articulate ideas across to internal and external stakeholders.


  • Selling of exhibition space and/or sponsorship;
  • Identify and develop innovative sales strategies to acquire new leads/sales opportunities to build sales pipeline, generate sales and grow customer base;
  • Service and manage existing accounts and upsell to existing customers by identifying additional needs and developing appropriate sales strategy to meet clients’ needs;
  • Develop and implement business plans to expand market share and penetration of new markets;
  • Participate in the planning and development of marketing and communications materials.


  • Degree holder is preferred or a Diploma.
  • Ability to articulate sales plan across to internal stakeholders and clients.


Purpose of this Role:

To support the Sales and Marketing Team by gathering and providing market intelligence through analysis of industry data & competitors, seeking market & products opportunities, performing customer profiling, and providing the results from these analyses to internal and external stakeholders.

Scope of Work:

  • Analyse industry trends for existing and potential new markets;
  • Research and compilation of data of related exhibitions and conferences by industry sectors;
  • Provide competitive analysis, market offerings of other companies, identify market trends and business models;
  • Identify key local and global customers by industry sectors that can be targeted by the sales force;
  • Obtain feedback from customer’s sales managers to understand the requirements of their needs and seek new opportunities;
  • Initiate and execute client interaction to gather client feedback on specialised topics;
  • Develop strategies and activities to disseminate relevant information to targeted stakeholders;
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as well as visits to customers’ offices, where necessary;
  • Interpret the data gathered, prepare specialised reports;
  • Build, collate and maintain databases for market intelligence.


  • Degree in Business or International Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing or related discipline.
  • Understanding of the MICE industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.


Purpose of this Role:

You are the bridge between internal and external stakeholders to create attractive wow! factors and relevant contents to attract and retain the targeted audiences.

Scope of Work:

  • Identify and develop, differentiate and tailored-made wow! factors for the assigned events;
  • Improve customers/attendees experiences through loyalty and relationship management as well as creating meaningful and experiential experiences for customers/attendees;
  • Increase customers/attendees interaction through conducting focus group meetings and training on exhibition participation.


  • Degree in Business or International Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in related discipline.
  • Inquisitive mind.
  • Understanding of the MICE industry is preferred.
