POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We are looking for professionals who are degree or diploma holders with relevant working experience to apply for the following positions. They should be resourceful, organised and possess excellent communication skills. They have to work well in a team and under a fast paced environment. In addition, proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential.



1) ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER/MARKETING MANAGER (EXHIBITION & CONFERENCE) (2-YEAR CONTRACT)
  • Plan and develop the overall integrated marketing strategy to draw exhibitors, trade visitors and delegates to the exhibitions and conferences;
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to achieve set performances targets;
  • Oversee and comprehensively execute integrated marketing activities including above the line, below-the-line, online, social, digital and/or mobile campaigns;
  • Identify new attendee segments and recommend outreach solutions;
  • Profile, build and manage database;
  • Bring new innovation and creative ideas to optimize current marketing campaign and strategies;
  • Cross functional coordination and communication (internally and externally) to ensure event objectives and client satisfaction is seamlessly delivered;
  • Work cohesively with PR team and editorial to ensure integrated and consistent event brand message;
  • Support project and sales team and marketing peers for cross marketing campaigns and initiative;
  • Develop new relationships with potential contra partners and negotiate contra deals;
  • Database mining and maintaining a good record of target databases.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma with a minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a track record in marketing exhibitions and conferences.
  • Creative, solutions-focused, execute methodically and performance driven.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, familiar and savvy with the latest trends in online, social, digital and mobile marketing solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and possess strong presentation skills.
  • Organised and possess multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin (to liaise with chinese speaking clients).



2) PROJECT AND SALES EXECUTVE (CONTRACT UNTIL AUGUST 2018)
  • Support the Project and Sales Manager in planning, implementation and execution of all aspects of an event;
  • Coordinate/manage project administrative function (Including procurement, expenses, budget and timeline tracking, etc.);
  • Coordinate/liaise with service providers/vendors to ensure delivery of the tasks;
  • Coordinate/liaise with inter-departments to ensure delivery of the tasks and monitor the timeline;
  • Support Project and Sales Manager in sales administrative functions (Including sales contracts, invoices, payment, exhibitor's logistics, etc.);
  • Support Project and Sales Manager in tele-marketing to set-up sales meeting and promote the events.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder is preferred or a minimum Diploma.
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in the MICE industry.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Possess good planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin (to liaise with chinese speaking clients).



3) FINANCE ASSISTANT (JUNIOR POSITION) - 10 MONTHS CONTRACT (2 POST)
  • Raise invoices and credit notes, handle collection and update receipts;
  • Handle customer enquiry on payment status;
  • Follow-up on collection status with Sales and Operations Department;
  • Assist with cash collection during event period;
  • Process supplier invoices and payment;
  • Handle supplier enquiries on payment status;
  • Any other ad-hoc accounting tasks.

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Can work well under pressure, detailed-oriented.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Fast, meticulous and a team worker.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin (to liaise with chinese speaking clients).



4) EVENT EXECUTIVE (FROM DECEMBER 2017 TO FEBRUARY 2018)
  • Exhibitor Delegate Management System (EDMS) arrangement for VIP delegates attending Singapore Airshow 2018.

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or fresh graduate.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
  • Presentable and good communication skill.
